The dept was started in the year 2003 with an annual intake of 60 students. Located in a building space of 1500 sq meters with 12 laboratories, the dept is aided by well qualified, dedicated faculty and technical staff members. The Dept had excellent modern infrastructure to impart training to the students in the state-of-art laboratories.
